Rustic Gulf Island Cottage
This former summer cottage was reimagined into a year-round dream home, featuring a new addition, custom bath, and expanded living spaces — complete with a deck and hot tub for relaxed island living.
Once a summer cottage, this beautiful home was transformed from a small seasonal getaway to a spacious dream house to call home all year round. An addition was built on to the original structure and renovated throughout. A full custom bathroom was added upstairs and a new spacious living area and elegant entrance are showcased downstairs. The new deck and hot tub area are key features to ensure that this dream home promotes rest and relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of corporate life.
